Adjunct Positions


Minimum requirements for Adjunct Instructors: Master’s Degree in the subject or a Master’s Degree in a related area, with 18 graduate hours in the subject. Prior teaching experience preferably at the post-secondary level. Capability to teach Online & seated classes preferred.
 

Part-time instructors, Continuing Education programs

  • Certified Electrician to teach Electrical Wiring class, 2 nights / week. Candidate must have 3-5 years experience, be licensed or working towards license in North Carolina. Candidate must also be willing to acquire NCCER credentials at no cost to them. Willingness to use computers and web casting preferred, but will train.   • Certified Welder to teach Welding class, 3 nights / week. Candidate must have 3-5 years experience, be licensed or working towards license in North Carolina.
