Please follow the steps and directions below to pre-register for the November online classes.
1. Click here for Student Registration Form
2. PRINT a copy of the INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORM
3. Legibly and completely fill out the INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORM. All of the information must be filled out INCLUDING your social security number and the name and location of your high school and the last date you attended. You must also complete the Education Level, Ethnicity, Citizenship, and Employment Status. INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

4. SIGN and DATE the form on the lines marked STUDENT SIGNATURE and TODAY’S DATE.

5. In the box at the bottom of the page CHECK the emergency service occupation category that applies to you.

6. In the same box, SIGN your name on the SIGNATURE line.

7. Follow these directions for downloading the Master Roster Form. Please be sure you download and return only the Master Roster Form for the class you wish to take, either the MR/Basic or the Intermediate/Paramedic class.

8. PRINT a copy of the MASTER ROSTER FORM.
9. Legibly PRINT your name in the column labeled STUDENT NAME.
10. Legibly PRINT the agency you are a member of in the column labeled AGENCY.
11. SIGN your name in the column labeled STUDENT SIGNATURE.
12. In the column labeled PAID/VOL, write “P” if you are a paid responder or “V” if you are a volunteer responder.
13. In the column labeled FIRE/RESCUE/LAW, write “F” if you are a firefighter, “R” if you are a rescue squad member, or “L” if you are a member of law enforcement.
14. BOTH forms must be returned to Pamlico Community College in order for you to be registered in this class. Forms may be returned to PCC in one of the following ways:

Upon receipt of your STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM and CLASS ROSTER, Pamlico Community College will communicate with you through the college’s student email system, Campus Cruiser. If you are a new student, click here to access directions to log into your Campus Cruiser email account. If you have an existing Campus Cruiser account, you will use your current ID and Password for logging in. Please allow 48 hours from PCC’s receipt of your registration forms to log into Campus Cruiser. If you are unable to access the course after 48 hours, please contact PCC’s Continuing Education division.
